Fotarama LLC ("Fotarama," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Fotarama Rewards mobile application (the "App") and smart vending machines. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App and services.

• Phone Number: Used for account creation, SMS verification, rewards lookup, pre-order pickup, and account recovery.
• Name and Date of Birth: Used to create your rewards profile and confirm eligibility for age-restricted products.
• Age Verification Data: When you scan a government-issued ID barcode, we store parsed verification fields such as first name, last name, date of birth, issuing state, verification time, and a salted barcode hash. We do not store the raw barcode payload in the customer account.
• Transaction and Pre-Order Records: Purchase and reservation history at Fotarama vending machines, including items, pickup codes, machine, status, amounts, and timestamps.
• Loyalty Data: Points balance, tier status, punch card progress, streak history, and achievement data.
• Location Data: Approximate location to show nearby vending machines (only when you grant permission).
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your rewards account.
• Verify that customers are 21 or older before age-restricted pre-orders and purchases.
• Match pre-orders to your phone number and verified ID during kiosk pickup.
• Track and award loyalty points, punch cards, and tier progress.
• Send SMS notifications about rewards milestones, free items earned, and special promotions (you can opt out at any time).
• Display nearby Fotarama vending machine locations.
• Improve our products, services, and user experience.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
