Fotarama Rewards loyalty program — text messaging terms of service.

How to Opt In

When you use a Fotarama vending machine (located inside participating retail establishments in New Jersey), the kiosk touchscreen displays a "Join Fotarama Rewards" button during checkout.

When you tap this button, the kiosk shows the following consent screen:

"Enter your phone number to join Fotarama Rewards. By tapping Submit, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Fotarama LLC including loyalty rewards notifications, one-time verification codes, and order confirmations. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. See terms at fotaramavape.com/sms-terms."

After reading this disclosure, you enter your phone number and tap Submit. Tapping Submit constitutes your express written consent to receive SMS messages from Fotarama LLC under the terms described on this page. You will then receive a one-time verification code via SMS to confirm your phone number.

Types of Messages You Will Receive

Verification codes — a one-time 6-digit code to confirm your phone number when joining.
Loyalty rewards — notifications when you earn points, unlock tiers, or have available coupon codes.
Order confirmations — receipts for purchases made on a Fotarama vending machine.

Example Messages

"Your Fotarama verification code is 123456. Valid for 10 minutes. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

"Welcome to Fotarama Rewards! You have 47 points. Use code SAVE10 for 10% off your next purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."

"Fotarama order confirmed — $12.99 at Nic's Hometown Tavern. Thanks! Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Typical users receive 1–4 messages per month. You will never receive more than 10 messages per month without additional express consent.

Cost

There is no charge from Fotarama for this service. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Unsubscribe

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from Fotarama. After you send the unsubscribe message, we will send you a confirmation message acknowledging you have been unsubscribed and will not receive any more messages from us.

If you want to join again, simply sign up on any Fotarama vending machine touchscreen.

Your phone number will be used solely for the purposes described above and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Twilio Inc. as our SMS delivery provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties.

Age Restriction

Fotarama vending machines sell age-restricted products (vapor products and nicotine pouches) to customers aged 21 and over. All customers verify their age via government-issued ID scan before completing any purchase. The SMS loyalty program is available only to verified customers aged 21 and over.
